3.2 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may reschedule an engagement by providing at least 48 hours notice. Scheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated, and the standard fee will apply.

3.3 Refund Policy for Services

If an engagement is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the fee will be reimbursed in full. To request a reimbursement, contact us via the contact form. Reimbursement is processed within 14 business days after approval. For bespoke research packages or projects where work has commenced, reimbursements are not available due to the allocation of specialized resources.

4. Info-Products

4.1 Scope

Info-products include digital resources such as e-documents, templates, and recorded seminars provided by TechLegal.

4.2 Access and Delivery

Access is granted immediately upon purchase through a secure download link.

4.3 Refund Policy for Info-Products

Requests for a reimbursement may be submitted up to 14 days after the purchase date, provided the materials remain unused. Submit your request through the contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days.

5. Goods

5.1 Scope

Physical merchandise ordered through TechLegal’s online shop.

5.2 Delivery

Goods are shipped via standard carriers to the address provided at checkout.

5.3 Refund Policy for Goods

Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back. Upon receipt of merchandise in original condition, a reimbursement will be processed using the same method of payment within 14 business days.

TechLegal reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at techlegal.top, with the Effective Date updated accordingly.
